Regarding the NIO <> NIOX swap and those that missed it.
After evaluating all the mails we got from people missing the swap and discussing with our DAO, we came to the conclusion to give those that missed the swap the chance to get their NIOX. So those that are eligible for the late swap will get 1:1 NIOX for their old NIO tokens.
But it has to be clear that this will have to follow certain rules. We will identify and dismiss any fraudulent behavior immediately, no doubt about it. Our goal is to give old supporters the chance to get back on board, not to encourage opportunist speculation.
To be eligible for this late swap, you need to fulfill all the following criteria:
- email about your status needs to be sent to contact@autonio.foundation until the 20th of January 2021
- the NIO tokens needed to be purchased before the 29th of April 2020
- this must be visible on etherscan
To not put too much pressure on our project, we will release the tokens in 4 batches over the course of one year. First batch will be early second quarter.
NO ACTION FROM YOUR END NEEDED. WE WILL NOT ASK YOU TO MOVE FUNDS YOURSELF.
