As it’s been a couple of months since the last Cardano/Autonio update, the team wanted to give a quick but very substantial update on the progress that has been made.
Autonio has been hard at work on the Cardano testnet in order to get everything working and ready for everyone to see and has successfully built a bridge so that users can bridge NIOX tokens between Cardano, Ethereum and Polygon networks as well as a soon to be released staking contract that will enable single-asset NIOX vaults based on Cardano.
The testnet version of this will be available today, with the mainnet version available towards the end of the month with either a dedicated bridge interface or integrated directly into the Smartdex bridge section!
These developments bring Autonio ever closer to being present on all of the major chains, a true multi-chain project, and is a huge step in the Cardano ecosystem integration. These features will provide users from Cardano the opportunity to access Smartdex and NIOX Product Suite, while also giving Autonio users exposure and access to the Cardano ecosystem.
To get a better understanding of how the bridge will work, Autonio will be releasing a video of it in action soon.
If interested in using the testnet version, understand that there are some limitations to the testnet version because of nami wallet implementation, such issues are not experienced in the mainnet version. Please be sure to check out our guide on how to connect through the following links:
